Summary:
This is the original 'Heavy Metal Lead Guitar' method, Volume 1 and 2, which was published in 1987. These books are now out of print and have been replaced with the newer, updated 'Metal Lead Guitar' method. The new versions actually use the same musical examples as the originals, but all the text has been rewritten to provide better explanations and more current references. Of course the covers are now different as well. Check out the new Metal Lead Guitar Volume 1 and Metal Lead Guitar Volume 2.
