Thread Review for Death Metal Pedal (newest post first)

If you want some good metal distortions, in my opinion mesa dual or triple rectifier   and Diesel heads have the best distortions ever that is if you can afford them. With pedals you have to watch out how much you put threw your amp if its too much you will get sooooooooooo much feedback, not just highs, but low feed back too its weird.

My Marshall 100-watt amp never worked very well with the Digitech Death Metal pedal that I bought some time ago.  I think all the problems return to the amp however, and not the pedal or the guitar.

The metal master is good (it has a range of high gain sounds) I like the Black 13 from Digitech better and I just got a Landmine which is really awesome as well.

I think that you have to sell that pedal and buy the Digitech Metal Master.Thats probably the best distortion pedal out there. It features the death metal sound and more.

Get a BOSS MT-2 Metal Zone pedal, if you want some serious distortion.
