Just clean out your profile and change your password to something secure that you don't use anywhere else.

too bad you can't play, man, i feel your pain
but don't worry about deleting your account, it's really not necessary; the only thing you might do, is remove your e-mail info to prevent spam-bots from finding your email address (and even that is unlikely)...
I'm pretty sure you can't delete your own account anyway.
